NeuroTrac® MultiTENS-C6V350

DUAL CHANNEL TENS & EMS UNIT NeuroTrac® MultiTENS is a digital dual TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) and NMES (neuromuscular electrical stimulation) device designed for advanced pain relief and muscle rehabilitation. It delivers customizable, multi-phase electrical stimulation with dual-program capability for targeted therapy. Suitable for both clinical and home use, it ensures flexible treatment, reliable performance, and compliance tracking for optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Overview & Clinical Applications

The NeuroTrac®™ MultiTENS is a digital dual-channel TENS and NMES device used to provide effective pain relief and support muscle rehabilitation. It is suitable for physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centres, and home users who require reliable electrotherapy for managing pain and improving neuromuscular function. NeuroTrac® multitens allows therapists to run two different TENS programmes simultaneously, enabling treatment of two areas at the same time and supporting more effective pain control.

  • Runs 2 programmes at once: Ability to run two different TENS programmes simultaneously, allowing high and low frequency pain relief on two areas at the same time.
  • Multi Phase Custom Programmes:Up to 5 phases can be configured for each of the three custom programmes. The custom programmes feature a simple setup of one phase only or an advanced setup of up to 5 phases.
  • A clear bright backlight and large LCD allow the display to be read more easily in low light or dark conditions.
  • A keypad with bigger buttons improves ease of use.
  • Comprehensive statistics backed up by a real time clock record up to 5 sessions daily for 60 days. This helps therapists review usage and ensure correct application.
  • Compact and reliable, it supports consistent electrotherapy in both clinical and supervised home settings.

How the NeuroTrac® MultiTENS-C6V350Works

The NeuroTrac® MultiTENS delivers controlled electrical stimulation through surface electrodes placed on the skin to help manage pain and stimulate nerves and muscles. It operates using dual independently isolated channels, allowing separate TENS programmes to run simultaneously for targeted therapy. For example, you can use channel 1 to release pain relieving endorphins in the area of where the pain occurs. At the same time, use channel 2 for triggering the pain gate mechanism, placing your electrodes on the meridian near the vertebra. Endorphins and gate mechanisms are targeted with different combinations of stimuli at the same time; this is where MultiTENS is very useful.

The device delivers constant current stimulation with adjustable pulse width (50–450 µS) and pulse rate (2–200 Hz), enabling precise treatment based on clinical needs. It supports continuous, burst, modulated, and neuromuscular stimulation modes. These electrical impulses stimulate larger nerve fibres to help reduce pain perception and activate neuromuscular pathways, supporting effective pain relief and muscle rehabilitation under professional guidance.

FAQs

The NeuroTrac® MultiTENS is a dual-channel TENS and Neuromuscular Stimulation (NMS) device that delivers controlled electrical stimulation to support pain relief and muscle rehabilitation. It functions using dual independently isolated channels, allowing separate TENS programmes to run simultaneously for targeted therapy.
The device supports pain management, neuromuscular stimulation, and muscle rehabilitation through Continuous, Burst, Modulated, and Work/Rest stimulation modes. These modes allow healthcare professionals to adjust therapy based on clinical needs. The availability of custom programmes enables personalised treatment protocols for improved therapy outcomes.
The NeuroTrac® MultiTENS is suitable for healthcare professionals in clinical environments and for home users under professional guidance. Its compact size (119.2 × 69 × 28.7 mm) and lightweight design (0.07 kg without battery) make it convenient for both clinical and home-based therapy. The lock mode function records usage time and intensity, allowing clinicians to monitor home compliance.
The duration of TENS therapy varies depending on the patient’s condition, electrode placement, stimulation settings, and treatment goals. Pain relief often begins within 20 to 30 minutes of starting the session. In most cases, a typical session lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes. However, some patients may require longer treatment periods based on their individual needs and clinical response.
